At Twisted Angell, every item is made-to-order. That means your gear doesn’t exist until you summon it — like witchcraft, but with cotton.
Below is everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and what happens when carriers act possessed.
1. Production Time
Before anything ships, it must be created.
Production Time (Estimated):
- 2–5 business days for apparel
- 2–4 business days for mugs and accessories
Production time is separate from shipping time.
(Yes, that distinction matters and may depend on the product and caffeine levels of the print crew. The universe insists.)
During holidays, sales, or peak chaos, processing may take a bit longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once produced, your order ships from the partner facility closest to your location.
Estimated Shipping Times:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21+ business days
These are estimates — not prophecies. Carriers sometimes vibe to their own timeline.
Tracking info is emailed once shipped. Check your spam folder — we’ve been ghosted before.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Print provider
- Destination
- Shipping method
Multiple items may ship separately depending on print facility availability.
No hidden fees, no funny business (just funny shirts).
4. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
If the link looks cursed or doesn’t update:
- Give it 24–48 hours
- Carriers often mark things before the package actually moves
- They do this to keep life interesting
If tracking stalls for more than 4 business days, email us.
5. International Orders
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.
These fees:
- Are not charged by Twisted Angell
- Are not included in your order total
- Are the responsibility of the buyer
We know. It sucks. Bureaucracy is undefeated.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If the address is wrong:
- We cannot refund the order
- We cannot reroute it
- We can reship a new order at your cost
If you realize the error immediately, email us within 2 hours of ordering.
We’ll try to fix it before production begins — but no promises.
7. Delivery Marked as “Delivered,” but You Didn’t Receive It
This one is infamous.
If tracking says delivered but nothing is there:
- Check neighbors / mailbox / parcel locker
- Wait 48 hours — carriers love premature scans
- Ask your local post office (they sometimes hold packages)
- If still missing, contact us
We can usually issue one replacement depending on the carrier’s investigation, but we cannot refund packages marked “delivered.”
8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Damaged:
We replace it.
Lost in transit:
We replace it.
Stolen after delivery:
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered.
We recommend installing the USPS Informed Delivery app — it helps.
9. Multiple Shipments
Because we use multiple print partners, items in your order may ship separately.
Don’t panic — your chaos is simply arriving in installments.
