Mockup & Product Display Disclaimer

Welcome to the part where we explain that screens are liars and fabric is dramatic.

At Twisted Angell, we use digital mockups to show off our designs. They’re gorgeous, high-resolution, and may have been created during a coffee-fueled hallucination — but they are representations, not perfect clones of the final product.

Here’s what that means:

1. Colors Will Vary (Because Reality Is Messy)

Different devices display color differently.
Different fabrics absorb ink differently.
Different humans have different expectations.

Your actual shirt may appear:

  • slightly lighter
  • slightly darker
  • slightly more fabulous

All variations are normal and not considered defects.

2. Print Placement May Shift (Because Machines Are Not Wizards)

Our printers aim for precision, but tiny shifts — a fraction of an inch — can happen.
This is standard in all print-on-demand manufacturing.

If you need laser-perfected placement, talk to NASA.

3. Mockups Are Digital Models, Not Photos of the Exact Shirt You’ll Receive

We do everything possible to ensure accuracy, but slight differences are expected.
If a mockup shows a shirt on a Greek statue with perfect lighting and abs… well, that’s the mockup’s problem.

4. Fabric Variance Is a Thing

Different colors of shirts are made from different dye blends.
This affects how bright or muted a print appears.

White prints brighter.
Black absorbs more.
Heather colors are their own chaotic animal.

5. By Ordering, You Acknowledge These Normal Variations

And we appreciate your acceptance of reality.
