Operated by Twisted Angell LLC, Florida, USA

Welcome to the small-print section of Twisted Angell LLC, where we remind you that sarcasm is an art — and still protected by law.

This page explains what belongs to us, what doesn’t, what you can’t do with it, and what to do if you think something here steps on your copyright.

1. Our Stuff (a.k.a. Don’t Steal It)

All content on this website — including, but absolutely not limited to:

  • Artwork and product designs
  • Text, product descriptions, and snarky copy
  • Logos, icons, brand elements, and our halo-with-horns identity
  • Graphics, layouts, and promotional images
  • Digital downloads and mockups
  • General chaotic creative energy

…is the intellectual property of Twisted Angell LLC, unless otherwise credited.

You may not, without permission:

  • Copy, repost, or redistribute our designs or text
  • Upload our art to other print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces
  • Create “your own version” that’s clearly our concept with a light wig on
  • Use our name, branding, or visuals to promote your own products
  • Remix, trace, or slightly tweak designs and call them original

You may admire, wear, screenshot for personal inspiration, and share on social media with proper credit — but commercial use is a hard no.

2. Trademarks

The following are trademarks and brand identifiers of Twisted Angell LLC:

  • Twisted Angell™
  • The halo’s just for balance.™
  • The halo-with-horns logo and associated brand visuals
  • Any slogans, taglines, and identifiable branding created for the store

Please don’t:

  • Use them in ways that confuse customers into thinking you are us
  • Slap them on your own products, ads, or store listings
  • Summon marketing demons by trying to copy our identity with minor tweaks

If you want to reference us, do it clearly and honestly.
Imitation may be flattering, but it’s also legally messy. If you believe we’ve accidentally used something that belongs to you, please reach out:

  • Email: hello@twistedangell.com
  • Subject line: Copyright Drama – [Your Name]
Include proof of ownership and a link to the offending material, and we’ll handle it like civilized humans.

3. Fan Use & “Supportive Infringement”

We love:

  • Fan art
  • Organic social media shout-outs
  • People who vibe with the brand and share it

We do not love:

  • “Fan stores” selling designs using our phrases, art, or logo
  • Accounts pretending to be official Twisted Angell pages
  • Resellers grabbing our art and uploading it to Etsy, Redbubble, etc.

If you’re selling merch using our name or designs, that’s not “supporting the brand.”
That’s infringement.

If you’re not sure whether something crosses a line, email us first:
📧 hello@twistedangell.com

4. If You Think We Used Your Stuff (Copyright Drama Zone)

If you genuinely believe we’ve accidentally used something that belongs to you, we’re not monsters — we’ll handle it like civilized humans.

Email: hello@twistedangell.com
Subject line: Copyright Drama – [Your Name]

Include:

  • A link to the content on our site
  • A description of your original work
  • Proof that you own it
  • How you believe it’s being infringed

We’ll review it and respond.

5. Official DMCA Notice Instructions (The Government-Approved Part)

If you want to submit a formal DMCA takedown notice, here’s what you need to include (yes, the legal ingredients matter):

  • Your full name or business name
  • Your contact information (email and/or mailing address)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on our site where the content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send the full DMCA notice to:
📧 hello@twistedangell.com
Subject line: DMCA Notice

We take proper, good-faith notices seriously and will act in accordance with applicable law.

6. False Claims & Nonsense Notices

We reserve the right to ignore, push back on, or legally contest:

  • Clearly abusive or bad-faith copyright complaints
  • Claims made by people who don’t actually own the material
  • Attempts to weaponize DMCA to silence parody, fair use, or commentary

Knowingly filing a false DMCA claim is illegal.
We treat fake claims with the same energy we give to people who say,
“I didn’t read your return policy but I want a refund anyway.”

7. Our Response Process

For valid notices:

  • We review the request
  • We may temporarily remove or restrict the content
  • We may contact you for clarification
  • We respond as quickly as humanly (and caffeinely) possible

For counter-notices (if someone disputes a takedown), we follow standard DMCA procedure, which may include restoring content unless legal action is pursued.

8. Permissions & Licensing

Want to:

  • License our artwork?
  • Use our designs in a project?
  • Collaborate officially?
  • Feature Twisted Angell somewhere fun?

We’re open to cool, respectful partnerships.

Email: hello@twistedangell.com
Subject: Licensing or Collaboration Request

We’re friendlier than our tone suggests. Usually.
