1. How long does shipping take?

Well, it’s not Amazon Prime teleportation.
Orders usually process in 2–4 business days (because apparently sleep is important), then ship in:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depends on how badly customs is feeling that week)

You’ll get tracking so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

2. Where do orders ship from?

Straight from our U.S. print partners, not from a warehouse that looks like it’s been run by raccoons.
Quality printing. Fast delivery. Zero mystery.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We’re chill — but not that chill.

✔ Guaranteed replacements for:

  • Misprints
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong item delivered

✘ Not accepted:

  • “I changed my mind.”
  • “My cousin said the design makes me look too honest.”
  • Wrong size you chose after ignoring the size chart (but reach out — we’re not monsters).

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a pic.
Email it to support@twistedangell.com.
We’ll replace it faster than you can say, “Thanks, postal service.”

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we absolutely ship chaos worldwide.

Just note:

  • Your country may add customs fees
  • Shipping may take longer
  • We legally cannot fight your customs office

6. How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking email once it ships.
Check your inbox.
Check spam.
Check the abyss.
If you still don’t see it, email us.

7. What size should I order?

Every product has a size chart.
We put it there because people kept guessing and then sending us “why is it so snug?” emails.

Rules of thumb:

  • Between sizes? → Size down for fitted, size up for comfy.
  • Buying for someone dramatic? → Size up. Trust us.

8. I entered the wrong address — can you fix it?

Only if you tell us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we got you.
If it HAS shipped… your package has already started a new life without you.

9. Can I cancel my order?

You get a short window before printing starts.
After that, we can’t stop it — the machines have tasted blood.

But email us anyway. We’ll try.

10. What printing method do you use?

Fancy, grown-up DTG printing — soft, durable, and nothing like those crunchy iron-on disasters from middle school.

11. Do you do custom designs?

Sometimes.
If you want something twisted, weird, or offensively specific — email us.
If you want your ex’s face on a hoodie… we’ll consider it.

12. My tracking says “Delivered,” but nothing’s here.

Cool. Love that for you.

Before panicking:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check your mailbox
  • Check your porch
  • Check behind bushes (don’t ask)
  • Wait 24–48 hours

Not yet.
