Refund & Return Policy

At Twisted Angell, every item is made-to-order — printed fresh for you the moment you hit “Buy.” Because of that, we don’t keep inventory lying around and we don’t accept returns for funsies.

But when something actually goes wrong?
Oh, we fix that fast.

This policy explains exactly when we refund, when we replace, and when we lovingly tell you “no.”

1. All Items Are Made-to-Order

We work with professional print partners to create your items once your order is placed.
This means:

  • No returns or exchanges for size issues
  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse
  • No swapping colors because your best friend changed her mind
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges because of a change of heart, a breakup, or a color clash with your pet

Please check size charts carefully — they’re there to save us all some heartache.

2. We DO Refund or Replace When:

We happily issue a replacement or refund (your choice) if the item arrives:

✅ Damaged

(rips, tears, holes, crushed in transit)

✅ Misprinted

(ink errors, wrong design, wrong color)

✅ Incorrect

(wrong size sent, wrong item sent)

✅ Lost in transit

(never arrived after carrier investigation)

What we need from you:
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem

We’ll review it quickly and make it right — chaos shouldn’t come at the cost of quality.

3. We Cannot Refund or Replace When:

❌ Wrong size ordered

(Please measure — cotton obeys no mortal assumptions)

❌ Buyer’s remorse

(No take-backs when the sarcasm hits too hard)

❌ Color differences due to screen variations

(Your monitor’s mood swings aren’t our fault)

❌ Item delivered but stolen afterward

(Once the carrier confirms delivery, it’s out of our hands)

❌ Orders placed accidentally

(You clicked it, the printer ships it)

❌ Slight variations in print placement or color

(Normal with POD printing — not defects)

4. Order Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order.

After that, we cannot cancel or edit the order.

5. Returns

Since everything is printed on demand, we do not accept mailed returns unless we specifically request it for inspection.

If you ship something back without contacting us, we cannot refund it.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times:

  • 3–7 business days (depending on your bank’s mood)
  • Refund receipt will be sent via email

Replacements ship at no extra cost to you.

7. Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check neighbors, family, roommate gremlins
  2. Wait 48 hours (carriers mis-scan all the time)
  3. Check with USPS/UPS
  4. Email us if still missing

In most cases, we can offer one replacement if the carrier confirms a delivery error.
