Shipping Restrictions & Compliance Statement

Twisted Angell LLC partners with third-party print providers to fulfill and ship all products. Because of this, shipping availability, delivery times, and regional restrictions may vary based on the production location, carrier limitations, and international regulations.

This page outlines where we can (and cannot) ship orders, along with important compliance information required by our fulfillment partners.

1. Geographic Shipping Limitations

Our print partners ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to the following regions due to carrier restrictions, customs laws, trade regulations, or fulfillment limitations:

Countries/regions that may NOT be eligible for delivery include:

  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Ukraine regions under sanction
  • Russia (many partners currently do not ship here)

⚠️ This list may change at any time due to global events, regulations, or provider availability.

If an order is placed to a restricted region, it will be canceled and refunded automatically.

2. Delivery Restrictions Within the United States

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (some providers/carriers may reject delivery)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and certain U.S. territories (varies by provider)
  • Locations designated as “carrier unreachable” by USPS, UPS, or international partners

If the carrier cannot reach the address or rejects the package, the order will be canceled or refunded as applicable.

3. Items May Ship Separately

Because we use multiple print facilities, different items in an order may ship individually and arrive at different times.

This is normal and not an error.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, VAT, duties, and import taxes are not included in our prices
  • These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility
  • We cannot predict or control these fees
  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being destroyed or returned

No refunds are issued for packages destroyed or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

5. Fulfillment Limitations

Occasionally, a specific product (or color/size) may not be available for shipping to certain regions because:

  • The nearest print facility does not stock the item
  • Export rules restrict certain materials or products
  • Carriers impose temporary suspensions
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies delay service

If this happens, we will contact you with alternate options or refund the order.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Carriers may mark items as undeliverable or return-to-sender due to issues outside our control

If a package is returned for an incorrect address, we can reship it — but shipping costs must be paid again.

7. Orders Marked as “Delivered”

If a tracking number shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or local carriers
  • Wait 48 hours (carrier mis-scans are common)
  • Contact us if still missing

Replacements may be offered once, depending on carrier investigation, but refunds cannot be issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

8. Compliance With Laws & Regulations

Twisted Angell LLC follows:

  • U.S. export and import laws
  • International shipping regulations
  • Carrier safety and delivery restrictions
  • Print-provider-specific rules required by fulfillment partners

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that violates these requirements.

9. Updates to Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability can change due to:

  • Carrier updates
  • Print provider changes
  • Political events
  • Natural disasters
  • Legal restrictions
